Grilled squid with garlic and parsley dressing

Just bought this baby!!! Hand fished in San Sebastian!!

Easiest way to make it !!!

Grill the squid quickly with salt and pepper.

Fry some chopped garlic in a pan with olive oil. Once the garlic starts to get golden, take the pan off the heat and let it cool down for a min. Add some apple vinegar and the chopped garlic. The sauce needs to be mixed so it thickens.

Pour on top of the squid!!

    How long do you need to grill the squid for?

      On a really high heat …. for about a minute each side. If you cook it any longer will get tough.
      Should try and cook it, it is delicious.
