Easiest way to make it !!!
Grill the squid quickly with salt and pepper.
Fry some chopped garlic in a pan with olive oil. Once the garlic starts to get golden, take the pan off the heat and let it cool down for a min. Add some apple vinegar and the chopped garlic. The sauce needs to be mixed so it thickens.
Pour on top of the squid!!
