Teriyaki Salmon and marinated Cabbage

The salmon

Marinate the salmon for 30 min in Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar and Mirin.

The cabbage

Blanch the cabbage leaves in boiling water for 1 min. Take them out, and cool them immediately in ice cold water.

In a bowl, mix the cabbage with Fish sauce, Sesame Oil, Fried Garlic and a little bit of Chili Powder. Let it rest for 10 min.

The salad

Just Carrot and  Alfalfa Spouts dressed with sesame oil.

Cooking the salmon

Drain the salmon from the marination and pan fry it, until cooked.


You can plate it, by putting the salmon on top of the cabbage, and season it with toasted sesame seeds.  Place the salad on a side.
