This recipe is sooo tasty. If you like hot and spicy food, and cooking outdoors, this one is for you.
Cut the Skinless Chicken Legs up to the bone. Rub lemon juice and turmeric in and around the cuts. Let it rest!
Mix the following in a bowl,
Garlic and ginger Paste, quite a bit ….
Red chili powder, dry chilies, fresh chilies ( to taste )
Garam masala, cumin, salt and black pepper.
Lemon juice, yellow or red colouring and natural yogurt.
Marinate the chiken in the mixture, over night. Tip… make sure you give it a good rub.
Next Day cook it over hot charcoal, accompanied by Ice cold beers!!
