This is probably one of my favourite dishes. It is one of those dishes that I can remember loving, since I was a child.
Set aside some piquillo peppers for the sauce.
Cook the minced meat with onions, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper, and add a bit of flour. Cook it for a minute and add a little bit of milk, so that it thickens. Let it cool down.
Stuff the piquillo peppers.
Cook the remaining peppers with some cream, and then blend.
Now cook the stuffed peppers in the sauce for 5 min or so, and its done!
